Gemini Trade Delays
Resolved - We observed occurrences of this type of intermittent trade lag on Gemini on December 18, as initially shared via this status, December 23, and most recently on January 1, 2026. We are resolving this status because our monitoring has not detected any instances of this behavior since January 1. This behavior originated at the exchange, and as such, we are unable to guarantee or prevent it from occurring again. However, given that the occurrence is infrequent and not indicative of an issue with our systems, we will be closing out this status.

Identified - We are continuing to see intermittent trade lags across both data centers for Gemini trading pairs. The symptom is a small number of trades with older trade dates, lagged trades, being sent along with the normally timed trades. For example in the three minute interval from 19:30-19:33 UTC Gemini sent 389 timely trades and 9 that were lagged. Similar patterns are intermittently recurring.

We believe the issue stems from the exchange, and are following up with them accordingly.

Data Outage at Kraken
Resolved - Kraken experienced an outage impacting futures order book, quote and trades data due to a scheduled maintenance. The data has since recovered, and is now flowing as expected.

Incorrect trade data at Bullish
Resolved - The issue affecting spot trades data from the Bullish exchange has been resolved. Since this incident, incoming data from the exchange has been behaving as expected. We will provide updates if any further changes are required.

Update - We have removed trades that were clearly incorrect based on price for the affected time range, and have recalculated the downstream metrics that were impacted as a result. We are continuing to review the validity and overall quality of the data following these cleanup efforts, and in parallel, we are working with the exchange to determine whether corrected data can be obtained for this period.
