This was as a result of a websocket socket timeout error which has since been resolved.

Investigating
Between 06:40 and 07:20 UTC 2023-09-18, Coin Metrics experienced a Bybit spot data interruption for order books and quotes which has recovered. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will share updates as they are available.
